We operate comprehensive internal training for all our staff which is supported by an external resource. All our employees have their own training plan, with new employees taking part in an induction programme, and regular updates.

All appropriate staff at Robinson Manufacturing carry a CSCS card. (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). This demonstrates our proof of competence when visiting customer's sites, and includes delivery drivers through to our designers.

We comply fully with the TRA recommendations on working at height when loading and delivering to site. The TRA individual product data sheets providing additional health and safety information can be viewed on their web site at www.tra.org.uk.
